I lived inside it.
I built a life that looked like success from the outside — driven, competent, always delivering. And underneath, my body was running on a system I didn't know existed. Hypervigilance disguised as ambition. Control disguised as discipline. Rest that felt like failure.
When the system finally broke, nothing I tried touched the real problem. Therapy addressed the story. Coaching addressed the strategy. Meditation addressed the surface. None of it reached the code underneath — the survival architecture making every other intervention temporary.
So I decoded it. I trained in clinical hypnotherapy and subconscious change work. I studied the nervous system, the body's survival intelligence, and the architecture of identity. And I built a method that does what nothing else I'd tried could do — change the default. Not the behavior. Not the belief. The code underneath both.
That method became the Release Rewire Reclaim™ framework. The clients who found me weren't the ones struggling visibly. They were the ones who looked like they had it all handled — CEOs, founders, executives, elite athletes — whose bodies were keeping a very different score than their résumés.
I built MINDIVE for them. And for the version of myself who needed someone to name what was happening with precision, not soften it with reassurance.
